Riadh NAOUAR

Riadh Naouar is Head of Advisory Services for the Financial Institutions Group of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for North, West and Central Africa. Mr. Naouar leads engagements with IFC partners to design and deploy innovative models to increase financial inclusion, strengthen food security, and address climate change.
He has more than 26 years of experience in the financial sector advising governments, regulators and financial institutions in Africa, Latin America and the MENA region.
Prior to joining IFC, Riadh was a Director at Tunisie Leasing & Factoring, one of the largest non-bank financial services groups in North Africa.
