Pascal AGBOYIBOR

Pascal Agboyibor, admitted to the Paris Bar and Managing Partner of ASAFO & CO., plays a key role in major economic and financial projects across Africa. He is highly regarded for his expertise in projects and financing, particularly in the areas of energy, infrastructure and large integrated mining projects. He also regularly advises on project finance and capital markets transactions, including sovereign debt, on behalf of governments, multilateral financial institutions, lenders and private investors.
In addition, Pascal has also been instrumental in the development of OHADA law and the regulatory regimes of West African financial markets, in particular in developing securitisation in the region.
By co-founding ASAFO & CO. in 2019, he introduced a new player to the legal industry and the world of international law firms; ASAFO & CO. is the first international and pan-African law firm combining leading lawyers from several continents exclusively dedicated to Africa-related projects and cases, whose shared goal is to contribute to accelerating Africa’s economic transformation.
