Having transitioned from the role of Executive Director in 2014, he oversees units specializing in ICT, Health, Infrastructure, Transport, and Services, actively shaping, and executing the fund’s long-term growth strategy. Demba’s distinguished career includes key roles such as Executive Vice-President at Sonatel (Orange Senegal) and CEO of Sonatel Business Solutions. His leadership extends to global companies like CoSine Communications in San Francisco and British Telecom. Demba holds master’s degrees in Distributed Computing and Telecommunications from Télécom SudParis and Management Sciences from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL, solidifying his expertise in the ever-evolving field of infrastructure.
