Joanna Yaucat, who has a degree in finance management from the École Supérieure de Gestion et d’Administration des Entreprises (ESGAE), is an accomplished executive and a recognised professional in the field of finance. With nearly ten years’ experience as a management controller at NSIA Assurances Congo, she has implemented effective financial strategies and made a significant contribution to the company’s growth and stability.

Today, Joanna Yaucat is Managing Director of L’Archer Asset Management, a subsidiary of the L’Archer Group, where she oversees asset management with a strategic and innovative vision. Her enlightened leadership and mastery of financial issues enable her to guide the subsidiary in a constantly evolving sector, while promoting the principles of rigour and performance.
