Frederic has worked in the field of finance for 25 years, both as a consultant and as a banking executive.

At Boston Consulting Group, Frédéric worked primarily in Europe and Africa where he lived 5 years in Johannesburg. Since 10 years, he has been supporting banks in conducting at scale digital & AI large transformations covering areas such as Marketing and Sales, Operations or Risk Management. He also used to be the leader of Payment topic in Africa and the leader of BCG X office in South Africa.

When he was a banking Executive at LCL, subsidiary of Credit Agricole, he was successively the Chief Digital and the Chief Marketing Officer of the bank.
