Etienne MABUNDA

Etienne Claude MABUNDA is the Commercial Director of RAWBANK, the largest bank in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Which he joined as a trainee in 2005. He rose through the ranks, from Retail officer to Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking, before taking up his current position.
Etienne Claude is a graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium), Holding a degree in economics and a degree in Managment from Louvain School of Management of UCL. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal (Canada) and an Executive Master in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Managment (Germany).
Regularly invited to speak at conferences, Etienne Claude is the author of several research projects including Commercial Policy for business market, Innovative Banking approach for Small and Medium Entreprise, Microcredit: a response to vulnerable populations in developing countries and Pension-Savings as a new driver and refinancing tool for Sub-Saharan Banks.
Etienne MABUNDA is also serves as a board member of the Belgo-Congolese and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, actively contributing to the strengthening of economic ties and diverse partenerships between these countries.
