Abrhame ENDRIAS

Abrhame Endrias has more than 15 years professional experience in agribusiness and enthusiastically promotes ‘one stop digital solution’ to smallholder farmers among which is a Agri-tech platform known as ‘Lersha’. Lersha is an Amharic word equivalent to the phrase ‘for agriculture’ and represents the desire to fulfill the agricultural needs of smallholder farmers through innovation. The platform allow smallholder farmers to access data driven financial service.

Abrhame and his team closely works with smallholder farmers in Ethiopia, Kenya and DRC to unlock financial service leveraged by digital tool, agent network and bundled service modality. A young, dedicated and passionate team are working on agrireneurship, digital financial service, climate smart credit scoring and last mile distribution.  

Abrhame has MBA degree from Addis Ababa University and Business Leadership Certificate from Purdue University. He is a graduate from AGRA Agriculture Leadership program.
